Knafeh Fizz Recipe

1.5 oz ghee Arak

1 oz pistachio orgeat

.75 oz lemon

1 Tbsp greek yogurt

.5 oz heavy cream

Aquafaba (or 1 egg white)

Sparkling water

ARAK LEMONADE

• 1 oz Arak

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 1 oz pomegranate grenadine (verygooddrinks.co/grenadine)

• 1.5 oz sparkling water

• dash of orange blossom water

-Shake grenadine, lemon, and orange blossom water 🫨

-Add sparkling water (or wine 🤷‍♂️)

-Top with Arak (be amazed 😲)
